It is forty years since some of the Churches of the Congregational Union joined the Presbyterian Church of New Zealand and the Reverend David Connor, who is one of those who joined the Presbyterian Church of New Zealand, is arranging a get together of Congregationalists from the 1960s to "renew friendships and remember our shared history". It will be an informal occasion and an opportunity for a chat and a shared lunch. It will take place on Saturday, 17 April 2010, at 12.00 noon at the Community of St Luke (St Lukes Presbyterian Church), 130 Remuera Road, Newmarket. For catering purposes, please bring a plate.
